Easy Broiled Rock Shrimp Recipe
Cut Shell from under part of the hard shell using kitchen sheers or a sharp knife exposing the meat.
Place the Rock Shrimp in single rows on a broiler pan. Melt margarine and pour over each shrimp. Broil for 2-3 minutes until meat becomes white or opaque.
Serve with melted butter.
