This recipe is quick and easy with only 5 ingredients.
Pan Seared Swordfish
- 8 oz. of Swordfish
- 1 tablespoon of Margarine enough to cover the bottom of the pan after melting
- 1 lemon
- salt and pepper
- 1 sliced garlic clove or garlic powder
Heat frying pan on medium high – high heat. Sprinkle the swordfish with salt, pepper and garlic place in frying pan, during cooking squeeze 1/2 the lemon over the fish. Cook about 7 minutes, flip your fish and squeeze the other 1/2 of your lemon over your fish. Cook until fish is easily flaked with fork. Try not to over cook . Enjoy!
